Mr. Silva’s experience is extensive, with more than 35 years of experience in the development of large-scale projects in various sectors, motivated by providing tangible and at the same time comprehensive benefits that allow a society to obtain benefits within a social engineering that allow the socially guaranteed minimum.

With a vision of the future, a deep respect for sensitive issues in ecological terms, quality of life, alleviating poverty, generating sources of employment, promoting industry, business and agriculture in any country, has led him to high-level executive events seeking investment and development alternatives.

In the commercial field in his country-of-origin Mexico, he stood out in the real estate construction sector and, the agribusiness sector, which allowed him to escalate to the mining and oil sector, consolidating by designing new marketing schemes between several countries, mainly China, where he enjoys of extraordinary commercial and investment relationships.

Of Finnish origin living in Dubai: Jukka is strategic thinker, decisive nature, experienced, with proven leadership and coordination capacities, he has carried out various activities in 20 years in big high-tech organizations followed by 20 years of entrepreneurial activities in SME segment and in Middle East, Asia, US and Europe. Jukka is at his best in selling big picture and putting deals together, raising capital, helping people in putting together plans that are credible and executable. He has worked on deals of any sizes from hundreds of dollars to tens of billions of them. With broad experience he possesses international negotiation capacity in various sectors. His network and experience translates into the successful spotting of large-scale project opportunities, involving new technologies or serious market demand. A visionary, equipped with dedication and deep thinking, he brings to Gappi not only his network, but Northern calm and single-mindedness needed in making transactions happen.
